ModusVert aims to speed up decarbonisation by helping eCommerce merchants to:

Understand their environmental impact.
Take pragmatic actions to reduce that impact by evolving their strategy, digital presence and logistics activities.

👤 Gordon Bazeley

ModusVert was founded by Gordon Bazeley. He's worked in eCommerce for many years and has become increasingly concerned about the environmental impact caused by the industry.

Gordon believes that we all need to take action now to avoid the worst impacts of climate change and believes that guiding merchants along their sustainability journey is the best way for him to contribute.

Gordon Bazeley

Prior to starting ModusVert, Gordon worked in eCommerce for over twelve years including senior product management roles at JUST EAT, Brightpearl and more recently Oracle Commerce. He’s created new products, scaled technology and product teams and is an expert at engaging with stakeholders at all levels. He's based in Bristol in the UK.

He’s worked with eCommerce merchants of all sizes and understands what it takes to successfully scale an eCommerce business.

Gordon combines this deep experience with theory from studying at three leading business schools. Since moving into sustainability, Gordon has immersed himself in the field and completed short courses on a range of sustainability topics.

He continues to learn from the latest thinking and looks forward to leveraging that knowledge to help your business.
